BRYANT MOVES FROM SID TO ATHLETIC ADMINISTRATION

Dahlonega, Ga. – Denise Bryant, 15-year veteran of the North Georgia College & State University athletic department, has been promoted to office manager and administrative assistant to the athletic director. She has recently spent the last five years as the college's sports information director.

In her new role, Bryant will work closely with athletic director Randy Dunn, the compliance office, and the senior women's administrator. In addition, she will oversee many of the day-to-day operations of the athletic department.

Bryant has served the University in many different areas during her tenure at North Georgia. She began her career as a secretary in the Department of Education in 1991 and later moved into the Department of Health and Physical Education and Athletics in 1994. After five years of working as an administrative assistant she became the university's Director of Sports Information in 1999.
