David Beall is in his first full year as Sports Information Director after serving as interim director the final seven months of the 2007-08 school year. Beall worked as a student assistant in the sports information office for three years and will now assume the director's role after graduating from North Georgia in the spring of 2008.

Beall has worked with Atlanta based Sports Radio 680 The Fan (ESPN radio) from 2004-2006. His duties included assisting in producing the popular afternoon talk show “Buck and Kincade” throughout the summer of 2004. During his tenure with ESPN radio he was also the stations game day reporter for the Atlanta Braves, Atlanta Falcons, Georgia Tech football and Basketball, and University of Georgia football. He conducted interviews with players and coaches during this time that aired daily on 680 The Fan.

Beall graduated from North Georgia College & State University in the spring of 2008 with a degree in Business Administration. He was also a member of the Saints cross country team for three seasons and served as team captain for two year.
