Promotional and Memorabilia Requests

In accordance with NCAA rules and in order to adhere to our highest priority, protecting our student-athletes' eligibility, North Georgia athletics will no longer secure requests for student-athletes' autographs for individuals' personal use. NCAA bylaws prohibit the use of a student-athlete's photograph and/or autograph on any commercial item for commercial use i.e. photographs, balls, jerseys, etc. The sale of such items on internet auction sites such as eBay constitutes a violation of NCAA rules and has serious ramifications for our student-athletes. The job of North Georgia Athletics is to insure that our student-athletes' collegiate eligibility is not jeopordized. We ask for your help in protecting our student-athletes. If you are seeking an autograph item for a charitable, educational, or institutional organization, please read the newly implemented autograph policy and procedures below.
