In order to update your address information on the Alumni Online page you must resubmit this PDF form with name, class year and only the information that needs to be changed. Once you submit the form the information will be posted manually to the Alumni Online page. The comments field is to provide you with a convenient means for feedback. Comments will not be included in Alumni Online information.
