The Department of Information & Instructional Technology, located on the third floor of the BB&T Building, serves the technological needs of students, faculty, staff and administration at NGCSU.  The department operates and maintains computer labs across the campus, provides help desk and technical support and services for users, and supports administrative offices through a variety of services and software applications.
