How to auto delete unwanted e-mail in NGCSU E-mail
This rule, when properly configured, is useful for automating the task of mail management; however, if the rule is misconfigured, it can cause many unintentional consequences that could include the loss of incoming e-mail.

Once you are logged in to your NGCSU e-mail, click on Options at the top of the e-mail window. Click on Rules. |

Next to "Select the type of rule to create," click on Delete. |

In the Delete rule creation window, click on the drop-down arrow in the box next to If and select the specific type of filter to search and delete. If you want to filter a specific individual or company, select From. In the Contains box, type the e-mail address for the individual. Then click on Apply.

The Rule List window will appear on your screen with the rule you just created. Any e-mail received from this individual will automatically be deleted and will not show up in your Inbox. If you want to deactivate the rule, uncheck the Active box beside the rule name and click Apply. If you want to delete the rule, click Delete next to the rule name. |
