Instructional Technology Services (ITS), a division of the Department of Information and Instructional Technology, promotes and supports effective technology integration in higher education. Dedicated to helping both academic and administrative groups at NGCSU, ITS assists faculty, staff, and students with innovative and appropriate use of educational technologies.
Services include technical advice, consultation, training, and support for:
- Videoconferencing
- Smart classrooms
- Equipment reservations
- WebCT Vista
- Web management for unit web coordinators (UWC)
- Application software, i.e. Microsoft Office, Groupwise, Dreamweaver, Respondus, i.e.
Through collaboration with the Center of Teaching and Learning Excellence, Stewart Library, and the Military Leadership Center, ITS helps build a support network for successful technology integration in academic and administrative pursuits.
