Student IDs/Passwords:
All students can view their Vista ID by logging into Banner, going to "Personal Information", and then "View Third Party / Vista ID".
If you have never logged into Vista, first log into Banner and go to "Personal Information" to locate your Vista ID. Then contact the Online Support Center or e-mail Michele Barton at msbarton@ngcsu.edu to have your password reset.
The Online Support Center has a "live" chat feature that let's you connect immediately with a help desk professional who can change your password. You must be prepared to give them your Vista ID.
