Bachelor of Science Nursing (RN-BSN)                                        Application

In order to be admitted to the Bachelor Degree Nursing Program, you must complete the following application.* This Application is for FALL 2009 Please click Here --> for On-Line Application to the BSN program ** In addition to this application, you must also apply to be accepted and maintain acceptance by North Georgia College & State University Undergraduate Admissions *The usual core courses taken at the associate degree level should be successfully completed before enrolling in the BSN program. This includes ENGL 1101, MATH 1101, 2 institutional options, HIST 1112, American History or Political Science, PSYC 1101 or SOCI 1101, MATH 2400 or 1113, Fine Arts, BIOL 2250, BIOL 2251, BIOL 2280, completion of the Regents Test and satisfaction of the US & Georgia History and Constitutional requirements.
