OQPF Video Lending Library

The Ohio Quality and Productivity Forum (OQPF) Conference Video Series and OQPF’s copies of The Deming Library Film Series are now managed by Dr. Kim Melton in the School of Business at North Georgia College & State University.  The Conference Video Series consists of live tapes of presentations at the 1989 - 1996 conferences.  These are complete presentation - not edited tapes.  Most presentations were one to one and a half hours.

OQPF lends these tapes for the purpose of supporting individual and organizational learning. Requests are honored on a first come-first serve basis. Loans are for approximately two weeks plus delivery time. 

Requests for tapes should include the following:

• the tapes requested (by number and name)  
• a U.S. mailing address
• contact information for the person making the request (e-mail and phone)
• a statement of agreement to include stamps equivalent to the postage required to send the tapes to the borrower and to pay return postage [Effectively, borrowers pay postage both ways without sending money to cover postage.  Multiple $.41 stamps are preferred.]

Requests for tapes should be made by contacting Kim Melton (preferably by e-mail).  The Lending Library is operated as a volunteer effort, so response time will vary.
