Notes:
EDUC 3002, 3003, 3003L are taken as a block.
MLAN 4440 & EDUC 4000 are taken as a block during Fall of the senior year.
Spring semester of the senior year is dedicated to the student intership.  No other courses should be taken.
If FREN 1001 or FREN 1001 & 1002 are not taken, those slots then become elective credits. Students are urged to
start their French sequence during the freshman year and to take at least one French class each semester to
maintain proficiency. A study-abroad experience in French is strongly recommended.
The Basic Physical Education requirement of 3 hours is in addition to the 123 hours shown above.
Finally, students should be aware that this degree map should not be interpreted as a contract for deliverable
services. Course rotation schedules, changes in personnel, development of new courses or elimination of old ones,
and any number of other unforseen changes can affect a student's ability to follow this plan.
