Notes:
If FREN 1001 is taken, it fulfills 3 hours credit under "Other requirements nts." Students are urged to use electives to
either take additional French courses or to begin a second foreign language. In addition to seeking advisement with
their advisor in French, students are also urged to seek advice from the School of Business.
The Basic Physical Education requirement is exclusive of the 120 hours required for the degree.
French majors are strongly urged to include a study abroad experience in their plan of study.
Finally, students should be aware that this degree map should not be interpreted as a contract for deliverable
services. Course rotation schedules, changes in personnel, development of new courses or elimination of old ones,
and any number of other unforseen changes can affect a student's ability to follow this plan.
