of the French Ministry of Foreign Affaires, this site provides names, addresses,
and e-mail adddresses of hundreds of possible penpals. This is not a real-time
chat cafe. Correspondance is through e-mail exchanges or by regular post.
Upon registration, your own name will be added to the list.
