An Adam and Eve story for a modern audience, Neil Labute's contemporary drama asks exactly how much one is willing to sacrifice for the sake of love and art. Adam's relationship with Evelyn progresses, elements of his past life are slowly stripped away, and Evelyn's true purpose is revealed in this modern day battle of the sexes that is in turn both humorous and ultimately disturbing.
This play, which examines human relationships, art, and how much people will compromise in the name of both, contains adult language and subject matter. It may not be suitable for sensitive or young audiences.
