Academic Academic CenterSummer OrientationsThe Academic Advisement Center has just completed a busy summer. Thanks to 15 volunteer advisors, approximately 122 open option and 71 pre-education students have been advised during our summer INTRO sessions. Some advisors have volunteered so many hours during the summer that they have been moved up on the "Wall of Fame." There is now a tie between Dr. Donna Gessell and MAJ Richard Niekirk. Both have a total of 150.5 earned hours and are on the 150 hour plaque. Ms. Elizabeth McIntosh has earned a total of 130.5 hours has been placed on the 100 hour plaque but it won't be long until she will be moving onto the 150 plaque! Dr. Jackie Leeper's name has been added to the 50 hour plaque. Leeper currently has a total of 65.5 hours. Dr. Larry Berneking has a total of 101.5 hours and has been moved over to the 100 hour plaque. Thank you advisors for all your hard work and dedication to the Academic Advisement Center and our students.
